2. Ground Deployment
All items must be deployed in an identifiable hex.

Deploy Barrage Balloons

May be deployed in any non-industrial hex EXCEPT:

1. In or next to a hex containing any part of a 1" tree or structure
2. In water
3. Blocking road or rail road
4. Within four hexes of another barrage balloon, the refinery complex, or any structure.

Deploy AA Batteries

Gray based guns may be deployed…

1. In any gray industrial area (Cannot block any road or RR).
2. On the top of any flat top structure

a. If structure is one inch or less, guns are at low 2.
b. If structure is over one inch, guns at low 4.

Brown based guns may be deployed in any non-industrial hex except…

1. In hex with trees or in the town
2. In water
3. On any building
4. Blocking road or RR
5. With or next to a barrage balloon.

Deploy AA Trucks

AA trucks may be deployed on any road, up to two per hex. If deployed together they are treated as one battery.

Deploy Flak Train

· Controlling player determines placement (on main rail line) and direction of movement. · Flak train moves two inches per turn.
